During the second semester of my studies, we got asked to help in improving the 100metod portal, a complex directory of design thinking methods for responsible design of information services.
The main task was to conduct a qualitative and quantitative user research, focusing on different users’ segments, to understand how the users are using the portal and propose: 1. Improvements and redesign, 2. Further development and opportunities.
| Subject: Research request for 100metod.cz portal
Hello,
My name is Josef and I represent the team of the 100metod.cz portal, which offers to students (not only) a clear signpost of design methods, principles and approaches.
We are currently looking for a research team to help us better understand our (potential) users so that we can further develop and improve the portal. We are not primarily interested in user testing, but rather in digging deeper into who our target groups are, what they need and what difficulties they encounter in their practice.
We would then like to use the research results to develop the portal itself (features, communication) and possibly develop similar services aimed at the design community.
If you would be interested in this commission, please send us dates when we could get in touch to discuss the details.
Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
On behalf of the 100metod team
